1) Body creates idea to fix a problem.

2) Actor Facilitators and community members explore idea thoroughly using performance.

3) An extract performance happens invisibly and response is recorded/ documented.

4) Review and vote on the necessity to repeat steps (1)(2)(3).

5) Public integration of idea.
