Every week starts the same way:
'Say your name, give a sound and gesture to represent how you're feeling today. And we repeat that back to you as a group'
You learn many different styles and types of acting. We also learn theatre theory and facilitation. 2 hours of learning about ourselves and learning about each other. Our group is like a small family, I was really pleased that we are carrying on the sessions online in spite of the current issues of the 'COVID -19' crisis. This is about so much more than just acting or working towards a performance. It has a social function to it. But most importantly, it has tea and biscuits for the break time in the middle."
